Autism Company Sold to Voyage

HPC has announced the sale of a company providing specialist care services to adults with autism.

The business, operating as Redcliffe House Ltd, is based in Nottinghamshire and has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by Voyage Care, a major provider of support services for people with learning disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs throughout the UK. Redcliffe House Ltd operates from two locations and is accredited with the National Autistic Society, providing much needed services for people with complex needs.

Director of HPC Ian Wilkie commented, “This business was established by highly experienced operators and offers excellent standards of care. We consequently received considerable interest from both independent and national specialist care providers. We met a number of parties with the management team and are delighted to have ultimately concluded a sale to Voyage Care.”
