HPC have acted on behalf of Angela Swift Developments Group Ltd in the acquisition of a former convent and grounds in the affluent and leafy residential area of Worsley, Greater Manchester. Angela Swift Developments Group (ASDG) are pressing ahead with plans to redevelop the site to provide a luxury care home.
The site extends to 1.5 acres and is located on the north east side of Greenleach Lane, at its junction with Broad Oak Road in the popular village of Worsley, Salford, Greater Manchester. The property is situated in an affluent residential area in an attractive leafy location. Worsley village centre is less than 1 mile to the south west.
Commenting on their latest acquisition, ASDG Managing Director, Angela Swift, said, “We are delighted to have completed this latest purchase, which is in a fantastic location and will form another great addition to our portfolio.
