Acting on behalf of Bluebrick Healthcare, HPC has sold a 62 bed new-build care home in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, to one of the UK's largest privately owned care home groups, Country Court.
The care home is a purpose built property which was completed to a high specification, including 100% single, en-suite wet rooms, coffee lounge, cinema room, salon and first floor terrace. The home was vacant at the time of sale, and Country Court intends to carry out further refurbishment and adaptations before it becomes an operational part of the group.
