Another Successful Care Home Completion for HPC

HPC has acted on behalf of a group operator in a strategic disposal from portfolio.

Acting on behalf of an established client, HPC has once again completed a successful sale transaction in the care homes sector. The substantial service has operated successfully for many years, providing nursing and personal care to a mix of private and local authority clients. Located in Yorkshire, the home formed part of a larger portfolio, and was only sold by the operator for strategic reasons of geography and to focus on a programme of development in other areas of its business.
