HPC has acted for the vendors in the sale of Oaklands Nursing Home in Burnley, Lancashire. The property has an innovative design, providing predominantly purpose built accommodation around an original, listed farmhouse, and provides accommodation for 44 residents.
Oaklands Nursing Home has an excellent reputation and had been operated by the previous owners since 2004. HPC acted on behalf of the vendors in the sale of the business. We are pleased to have concluded the sale of yet another quality care home and we wish Mike and Dan every success in their new acquisition.”
The sale was conducted on behalf of the owning company, United Care (South) Ltd, with HPC acting on behalf of its shareholders. Ian Wilkie added, “We are pleased to have acted on behalf of the vendors, who remain active in care and other business sectors elsewhere.”
