HPC Launches Largest Care Homes Survey

HPC has launched the largest survey of the Care Homes sector with the HPC National Care Homes Survey 2014.

HPC is writing to thousands of Care Home owners across the UK to invite them to make their views known on the key issues affecting the Care Home sector, including Fees, Inspections, Star Ratings and Banks.

There are 21 multiple choice questions which will take only a few minutes to complete and also the opportunity for owners to expand on any points raised in their own words if they wish to.

James Richards of HPC said: “We know anecdotally from our conversations with Care Home owners every day that a number of key issues affect the sector, but with this survey we want to produce a comprehensive report highlighting the challenges currently being faced.” He added: “With so many interest groups voicing opinions on the care sector, it seems timely that those at the sharp end get an opportunity to express their views too.”

HPC will be publishing the key results of the survey in the specialist and national press and will also send a copy of the full report to any contributor who requests one.
