HPC Shortlisted for Property Award

Having being crowned 'Property Consultants of the Year' at the 2013 Health Investor Awards, HPC has once again been shortlisted for the prestigious title.

Having being crowned ‘Property Consultants of the Year’ at the 2013 Health Investor Awards, HPC has once again been shortlisted for the prestigious title. The awards, set to take place in June at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, recognise excellence and innovation in the independent Healthcare Sector.

At the 2014 awards HPC is again nominated in the category of ‘Property Consultants of the Year – Capital Markets’. In 2013 the firm collected the trophy, beating off competition from some global heavyweights in the property sector. The judges praised HPCs depth of knowledge and breadth of services in the specialist social care arena.

HPC Director Ian Wilkie commented, “As the current holders of the award we were naturally delighted that the judges last year recognised the hard work we have put in since establishing HPC”. Co-director Nigel Newton Taylor added, “We are very pleased to be nominated once again, not only because this gives us the opportunity to defend our title but also because this is the 5th year in succession that the judges have recognised the strengths that we bring to the sector as independent consultants”.
