HPC Wins National Property Award

HPC has won the Property Consultants of the Year title at the prestigious HealthInvestor Awards

HPC has won the Property Consultants of the Year title at the prestigious HealthInvestor Awards. Directors Ian Wilkie and Nigel Newton Taylor collected the trophy from veteran broadcaster and journalist Andrew Neil in front of 1,200 guests at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.

HPC was established in 2009 to provide specialist transactional and consultancy services to the care sector. The independent firm beat strong competition in the capital markets category from property giants including Savills, Knight Frank, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE.

Ian Wilkie said, “we are truly delighted to receive the recognition of the judges for the hard work we have put in since establishing HPC and to win this coveted award.” Co-director Nigel Newton Taylor added, “we believed there was a gap in the market for experienced, independent consultants to work closely with clients, delivering high-quality advice as part of their team. This award suggests that is the case.” He added, “we are grateful to all our clients for recognising there is a place for independent firms in a corporate world.”

HPC has said it hopes to make further announcements soon about plans for the future growth of the company.
