HPC Sells Purpose Built Care Home for Experienced Operator

In the latest in a series of sales of purpose built assets, HPC has acted on behalf of the vendor in the sale of this 40 bed home in South Yorkshire

HPC has acted for the vendors in the sale of Belle Green Court Care Home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The thoughtfully designed property was entirely purpose built by the vendors in 1998, and provides 40 en-suite bedrooms across two floors, in addition to spacious lounges, dining rooms and circulation areas.

Belle Green Court had operated successfully since being established by the vendor, a former NHS Consultant, who has previous experience in the design and build of care homes. The home has been acquired by a private family business.

The sale was handled by HPC Director Ian Wilkie, who commented, “The experience of the vendor could be seen in the design and build quality of Belle Green Court. We are pleased to have successfully concluded the sale on their behalf, which will enable them to achieve their aim of enjoying more free time”.

Ian Wilkie added, “the home represents a good acquisition for the purchaser, and we wish them many more successful years of operation.”
